At Campbell’s Office Supplies, NEDSS reimplemented the Avaya IP Office (AIPO) solution. Called in to troubleshoot recurring issues, it was discovered that the initial AIPO installation had not been implemented properly. DOS 2009 had a long-serving PBX system which eventually crashed, disrupting company-wide communications. When NEDSS got the call to restore the PBX operations, a system assessment determined that the original installation was beyond repair.
